CORE PRODUCT FAMILIES
Compare our current core families by material, precision, application and supply requirements. The portfolio continues to expand with standard and engineered products developed around customer demand.

AISI 52100 chrome steel balls are designed for bearing systems, linear motion components, automotive assemblies and precision mechanical applications where hardness, wear resistance and dimensional stability are required. SDBALLS supplies chrome steel balls in multiple sizes and precision grades, with controlled roundness, surface finish, hardness and packing options according to customer requirements. Equivalent material designations commonly include 100Cr6, SUJ2 and GCr15. Chrome steel is not stainless, so rust-preventive oil, dry storage and suitable packing should be specified when moisture exposure is possible.

Stainless steel balls are selected for applications requiring corrosion resistance, clean surface quality, wear resistance or stable performance in demanding environments. SDBALLS supplies stainless steel balls in AISI 420A/420B, 420C, 440C, 302, 304, 304L, 316 and 316L materials. Different stainless grades offer different balances of hardness, corrosion resistance, magnetic response and cost performance. Customers should confirm material grade, diameter, tolerance, hardness, surface finish, application environment and documentation requirements before quotation.

Carbon steel balls are widely used in hardware, welding, grinding, polishing, casters, slides, locks, hinges and general industrial assemblies. SDBALLS supplies low carbon steel balls, high carbon steel balls and soft unhardened steel balls with different surface conditions, including polished, blackened, plated or oiled finishes. Carbon steel balls can provide good economy, strength and processing flexibility. Buyers should define the required material, hardness, surface finish, size tolerance, application condition and packing method before production.

SDBALLS supplies steel shot, BB shot, annealed steel shot, plated steel shot, copper shot and related spherical products for outdoor sports, specialty supply programs and customer-defined packaging requirements. Product selection may involve size, density, hardness, surface finish, plating option, rust-prevention method, bulk packing or retail packing format. For customized supply programs, customers should confirm shot size, material, hardness range, surface condition, packaging weight, label requirement and inspection documents before quotation.

Grinding and polishing media are used for material processing, surface finishing, deburring, polishing and grinding applications. SDBALLS supplies steel balls, stainless steel balls, ceramic media and other spherical media according to working condition, material compatibility, hardness requirement and surface finish target. Selection should consider media material, diameter, hardness, density, wear resistance, contamination control and packing method. Different media types can be matched to different processing environments and customer production requirements.

Plastic balls are lightweight, corrosion-resistant and cost-effective spherical components used in valves, pumps, flow control, packaging, floating applications, consumer products and industrial assemblies. SDBALLS supplies PP balls, PE balls, POM balls, PA balls, PTFE balls, nylon balls and other engineering plastic balls according to material, diameter, color, density, chemical resistance and application requirements.

Special material balls are engineered for demanding applications requiring unique properties such as high hardness, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, temperature resistance, electrical insulation, high density, low density or biocompatibility. SDBALLS supplies tantalum balls, niobium balls, titanium balls, tungsten carbide balls, ceramic balls, glass balls, copper-alloy balls, aluminum balls and other advanced material spheres according to application requirements.

Special engineered balls include valve balls, hollow balls, threaded balls, drilled balls, coated balls and other customized spherical components produced according to drawings, samples or application requirements.

Rollers and components include needle rollers, cylindrical rollers, ball retainers and related rolling elements for industrial and mechanical systems. These components are used where smooth motion, load transfer, dimensional consistency and material stability are required. SDBALLS can support different sizes, materials, surface finishes and packing methods according to customer requirements. Buyers should confirm diameter, length, tolerance, hardness, material grade, surface condition and inspection requirements before production.
